Once you have received a price quote, you can request a prepaid shipping label from us or you can send us your watch by USPS, FedEX, UPS or any company you choose. 

We will contact you by email or phone once your watch arrives at our facility. Once our professional team has inspected your watch and diagnosed the problem, we will contact you to confirm the estimate.
